McCusker-Gill has extensive experience in providing preconstruction services on a variety of different projects. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Design assist / design build
• Including duct sizing, routing, and water gauges with consideration for velocities, pressure drops, air flow requirements, etc.
• BIM coordination in conjunction the design model development
• Collaboration with estimating to provide routine budget updates through design development
• Lend expertise relative to constructability, codes, and prefabrication opportunities
• Value engineering
• Provide assistance with procurement of long lead time items
