The TRACK at New Balance

The TRACK at New Balance is a 500,000 SF world class, multi-sport facility at Boston Landing. It features a 200-meter hydraulically banked track, plus facilities for basketball, soccer, and volleyball. The space is also equipped with a 19,000SF sports research lab outfitted with motion capture equipment and a hyperbaric chamber. McCusker-Gill was contracted to complete all of the HVAC sheetmetal ductwork for this building. The design includes exposed ductwork throughout the facility, including 64” diameter doublewall spiral ductwork that was installed about 50’ above the track.
