State Street Bank at One Channel Center

McCusker-Gill assisted in the construction of One Channel Center, a 500,000 square foot Class A office complex in Boston’s rapidly developing Seaport District. McCusker-Gill was also contracted to fit out the workplace for State Street Bank. The highly accessible complex houses 3,500 employees and its design includes many infrastructure enhancements that support a mobile and flexible workforce. The highly efficient complex is anticipated to be LEED silver certified.
