Sanofi at C/X Parcel G

McCusker-Gill, Inc. was hired to perform the shell & core construction of the Parcel G facility at Cambridge Crossing. This 500,000 SF lab & office facility had over 650,000 pounds of ductwork, including doublewall roof ducts sized 204”x160”. McCusker-Gill was retained to complete the fitout of the entire facility for Sanofi. This project included approximately one million pounds of sheetmetal, 1,200 lab valves, and 500 various lab equipment exhaust connection points. Our project team relied heavily on off-site pre-fabrication of lab equipment and accessories to complete this very dense and complex install.
