McCusker-Gill was a driving force behind the construction of 100 Northern Avenue at Fan Pier, in Boston’s booming Seaport Innovation District. The 17-story, 500,000 square foot glass office tower offers breathtaking views of Boston’s waterfront with the backdrop of the city skyline. McCusker-Gill was retained to fit out approximately 400,000 square feet of office space for the building’s flagship tenant, Goodwin, LLP.
