75-125 Binney Street

Occupying an entire city block, 75-125 Binney Street is a 380,000 square foot build-to-suit science and technology campus located at the heart of Cambridge’s Kendall Square. The McCusker-Gill project team played an integral role in on site co-location for this design assist project to help bring the design from DD stage through 100 percent CD’s. While completing the core shell phase of construction, McCusker-Gill was also contracted to complete a fit-out project for Ariad Pharmaceuticals, the building’s first tenant.
